- Lecithin: Lecithin has a favourable influence upon the nutritive conditions especially upon the blood, hence its use in anaemia and convalescence, neurasthenia and insomnia
- Oleum jecoris aselli: It is a nutrient remedy. Emaciation, lassitude, atrophy in infants
- Alfalfa: From its action on sympathetic, alfalfa favourably influences nutrition, tones up the appetite and digestion, resulting in greatly improved mental and physical vigour and gain in strength
- Avena sativa: Has a selective action on brain and nervous system, favourably influencing their nutritive function
- Calcarea fluorica: Deficiency of this salt can lead to improper formation of bones
- Calcarea phosphorica: Widely used for calcium deficiency especially in children during dentition
- Calcarea sulphurica: When the molecules of this salt fall below the proper standard in the blood, the bone cells are not rebuilt as fast as they die and which may lead to anaemia
- Ferrum phosphoricum: Increases Haemoglobin in anaemic individuals
- Kali muriaticum: Kali muriaticum helps in formation of fibrin and thus aids growth
- Kali phosphoricum: Deficiency of this salt can lead to nervous symptoms
- Kali sulphuricum: It is an oxygen carrier, a deficiency of which can cause a lack of oxygen in the skin and epithelial cells
