
Take 50 drops in half a cup of water daily for 4 days. After 4 days, take 30 drops three times a day or as directed by the Physician.

- Terminalia arjuna: Contains ingredients that help stimulate heart. It also helps by lowering cholesterol and blood pressure.
- Aspidosperma: Want of breath during exertion. Cardiac asthma, thrombosis of pulmonary artery. Removes temporary obstruction to the oxidation of blood by stimulating respiratory centers, increasing oxidation and excretion of carbonic acid.
- Cactus grandiflorus: Circulation becomes irregular, causing violent congestion or localised pulsation behind stomach at odd places. Fluttering palpitation day and night. Cardiac Rheumatism.
- Crataegus oxyacantha: Used as a specific remedy for heart complaints. Acts on the heart muscles. Cardiac dropsy, valvular affections with dyspnoea. Cardiac hypertrophy.
- Lycopus virginicus: Heart-action tumultuous, violent, excessively rapid, stormy. Laboured heart at night. Hypertrophy of heart. Palpitations. Cardiac asthma. Rheumatic pains with palpitation. Valvular disease of heart following articular rheumatism.
- Strophanthus hispidus: Increases the Systole and diminishes the rapidity of the heart. Functional disturbances of the heart from alcohol, tobacco and tea. Chronic nervous palpitation and arrest of breathing. Especially useful in failing compensation dependent upon fatty heart.
- Valeriana officinalis: Has a calming effect.
- Laurocerasus: Mitral regurgitation, cyanosis neonatorum, palpitation. Pulse - weak, variable, slow or irregular. Cardiac pain. Dyspnoea.
- Aurum Muriaticum: Violent pain in the heart. Outward pressure, from least mental exertion. Fatty degeneration of heart. Exophthalmia with enlargement of heart.
