- Atropinum: Helps in proper functioning of thyroid.
- Bromium: Swelling, induration and stony hardness of thyroid gland. Tendency to infiltrate glands, become enlarged, hard but seldom suppurate.
- Hekla lava: Swelling and induration of thyroid gland. Tendency for tumours.
- Iodium: Rapid emaciation not withstanding a good appetite. Great debility. Slightest exertion produces perspiration. Goitre is cured with Iodium.
- Spongia tosta: Inflammation and glandular enlargement, especially of thyroid. Swelling becomes hard, indurated.
- Natrum muriaticum: Exophthalmic goitre. Increased nervousness. Excessive sweating with weight loss.
