- Grindelia robusta: Expectoration difficult, but relieves. Wheezing and oppression in bronchitis patients.
- Phosphorus: Cough from tickling in throat.
- Senega: Cough with rattling, wheezing and difficult breathing. Great accumulation of mucus. Cough ends in a sneeze. Bursting pain in the back on coughing.
- Silicea: Cough and sore throat, with expectoration of little granules like shot, which are offensive. Cough with expectoration during the day.
- Sanguinaria Canadensis: Constant hacking cough, offensive sputa and burning and soreness in chest. Cough of gastric origin.
- Ammonium carbonicum: Cough from tickling in throat as from dust. With dyspnoea, palpitation, burning in the chest, after influenza.
